• The FOG Management Manual, (3.2 MB) which describes the process of implementing a FOG monitoring and control program for use by solid waste management districts, municipalities, and other interested parties in Vermont. The FOG Manager Database (1.5 MB) is for tracking FOG generators (upgrade available soon).
The User Manual (2.8 MB) provides instructions on using the database.
• The Analysis of Alternatives for the Management of Fats, Oil, and Grease in Chittenden County, (12 megs) based on aerobic digestion pilot studies performed at the Essex Junction Wastewater Treatment Facility.
