Chittenden Solid Waste District provides each household with three blue recycling bins
at no charge. The bin is a 16-gallon rectangular box made with recycled HDPE
(plastic #2). CSWD also provides bins to Chittenden County
businesses and
schools.
All residents of CSWD may pick up a bin at the CSWD Administrative Office,
located at 1021 Redmond Rd. in Williston. The office is open Monday through Friday
from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Recycling bins are also available at all
CSWD Drop-Off Centers. Call 872-8111 for more information.
Residents of the towns listed below may pick up a bin at no charge from their town office or their department of public works. Call to your town to
check hours, location, and availability.
