The HazBin
You can find FREE reusable products at CSWD’s HazBin. Located at CSWD’s Environmental Depot in South Burlington, this room is a designated storage and reclamation area for a wide variety of products that we’ve deemed reusable.
To qualify for the Hazbin, products must meet these requirements:
- the container is undamaged and in good shape
- the container is more than half full,
- the product appears to be new enough and in good enough condition for appropriate reuse.
These products are FREE for the claiming by anyone who wants them.
What products are available?
Inventory is constantly changing. In general, the following items are typically represented:
- oil-based paints and stains
- pesticides
- household cleaners
- aerosol sprays
- automotive maintenance materials
- fertilizers
- rug shampoos
- and others
How does it work?
The HazBin is a “self-serve” facility. Simply walk in and choose items you can use!
