The Rover is Chittenden Solid Waste District's moblie household hazardous waste collection
unit. It travels to different CSWD Drop-Off Center locations and communities from March through
October.
The Rover accepts a wide variety of household hazardous waste at
no charge from Chittenden Solid Waste District residents only. The 2008 Rover
schedule is posted below. CSWD businesses who qualify as
Conditionally Exempt Generators (CEG's) may also use the
Environmental Depot, open year round in South Burlington.
