Composting With Worms
Worm composting is a method for recycling food scraps into a nutrient rich soil amendment. This is done in an enclosed box that houses the worms. The worms will eat about half their weight in food each day.

One advantage of worm composting is that it can be done indoors and outdoors, thus facilitating year round composting. It also provides apartment dwellers and others with limited outdoor space a means of composting.
