Farmer Mary Campagnola will provide you with a 5-gallon bucket where you can stow your scraps. When it's full, give her a call and she'll pick it up and give you a replacement bucket all free of charge!

Meat & fish (no bones)
Shellfish
Egg shells
Dairy products
Fats & oils
Coffee grounds & tea (no bags or filters)
