In 2004, CSWD revised its Solid Waste Management Plan. This plan is required by the State of Vermont and is intended to
describe in detail the past (Chapter 1), present (Chapter 2) and future (Chapter 3) plans CSWD has for managing the solid
waste generated by its member municipalities.
